Westbury Center of Jackson For Nursing and Healing is seeking an RN/LPN MDS Coordinator to oversee Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) and Minimum Data Set (MDS) processes. You will collaborate with nursing staff to align care plan goals with regulatory requirements and ensure accurate, timely MDS submissions.
You will review assessments in accordance with CMS and LTCI guidelines, compile QM/QI reports, and communicate requirements across disciplines to facilitate efficient MDS workflows.
