- License/Certs: Must be NNP Board Certified (no FNP, PNP, or other NP certifications accepted)
- Experience: 2+ years as NNP (excluding RN experience) required; no New Graduates or Locum candidates accepted
- Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (

- Provide advanced neonatal care within a state-of-the-art Level-III NICU
- Manage ventilators, nitric oxide therapy, and brain cooling procedures
- Collaborate with a team of neonatologists and experienced NNPs for comprehensive patient care
- Support daily NICU operations, including patient assessments and interventions
- Contribute to a hospital designated as a Level-I trauma center and a Magnet-recognized facility
- Participate in clinical appointments at Mercer Medical School
- Active NNP certification (no substitutions)
- 2+ years of recent NNP experience in a NICU setting required
- Must be comfortable with high-frequency ventilation, nitric oxide, and advanced neonatal care techniques
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
