• Provide advanced neonatal care within a state-of-the-art Level-III NICU
• Manage ventilators, nitric oxide therapy, and brain cooling procedures
• Collaborate with a team of neonatologists and experienced NNPs for comprehensive patient care
• Support daily NICU operations, including patient assessments and interventions
• Contribute to a hospital designated as a Level-I trauma center and a Magnet-recognized facility
• Participate in clinical appointments at Mercer Medical School

• Active NNP certification (no substitutions)
• 2+ years of recent NNP experience in a NICU setting required
• Must be comfortable with high-frequency ventilation, nitric oxide, and advanced neonatal care techniques
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
