CRNA Opportunity in Macon, GA
Support a large practice in Macon, GA, as a CRNA with flexible schedules and diverse case mix under a care team model. This practice offers a full array of anesthesia services for Atrium Health Navicent The Medical Center, a nationally recognized facility and one of the premier teaching hospitals in the United States. The hospital has 637 licensed beds, a Level I Trauma Center, a children's hospital, 34 operating rooms, and several ancillary suites.

Team Highlights:
The practice consists of 16 anesthesiologists and 58 anesthetists including CRNAs and Certified Anesthesiologist Assistants (CAAs) who all work together in a care team model.
Responsibilities:
Pre-anesthesia assessment, obtaining and verifying patient consent, discussing anesthetic options and risks with the patient, induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia, monitoring of the patient's physiological condition, and performance of clinical intervention as needed.
Requirements:
Current license as a registered professional nurse, graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education, and certification or recertification by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists.
