Perinatal Clinical Educator

Incredible Health seeks a Perinatal Clinical Educator to design and deliver evidence-based education for nurses and care teams. You’ll assess learning needs, build curricula, and lead simulations that elevate perinatal practice and patient safety. Partner with hospitals using our hiring platform to strengthen onboarding, competencies, and retention. Collaborate with product and data teams to translate clinical best practices into scalable training tools that improve outcomes.

• Design and deliver evidence-based perinatal education for nurses and clinical teams
• Assess learning needs, build curricula, and lead simulations and skills labs
• Support hospitals using Incredible Health’s platform to improve perinatal competencies and outcomes
• Use data and feedback to refine programs and track impact on quality and safety metrics
• Collaborate with product, clinical, and customer teams to build scalable training solutions
• Serve as a subject-matter expert on perinatal best practices and standards of care
