Clinical Scope
Responsibilities include:
- Emergency Department Evaluation & Treatment
- Medical Screening Examinations
- Acute Illness Management
- Minor Trauma Care
- Orthopedic Injuries
- Laceration Repair
- Incision & Drainage
- Splinting
- Procedural Sedation Assistance
- Observation Management
- Emergency Procedures Within Scope of Practice
- Admission & Disposition Collaboration

Candidate Requirements
- Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Active Georgia License (or ability to obtain)
- DEA Registration
- Board Certified (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA)
- ACLS
- PALS
- ATLS or equivalent emergency/trauma training
- Recent Emergency Medicine experience
- Physician-led emergency medicine practice
- Collaborative APP role
- Epic + Dragon + DAX workflow
- Strong specialty support
