- Up to $30,000 sign-on bonus for highly qualified candidates
Extensive experience caring for patients of all ages with traumatic injuries, cardiac, respiratory, and neurological issues in an Emergency Department. Demonstrates strong critical thinking, prioritization, and time management skills in a fast-paced environment. Maintains a positive attitude, professionalism, and a strong commitment to teamwork while delivering exceptional patient care.
3 years of acute care nursing experience required, 5 or more years strongly preferred. Current Iowa RN License in good standing required. Previous experience mentoring new nurses is strongly preferred.
