Role Overview: The Registered Nurse (RN) provides high-quality dialysis care within a cross-functional team, under supervision of a Charge Nurse.
Key Responsibilities- Patient Care:
Perform physical assessments, monitor patients during treatments, document care, review medication profiles, and administer medications as ordered. - Teamwork:
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, ensure adequate staffing, and assist in care planning. - Safety & Quality:
Follow policies, procedures, and regulations, participate in staff meetings and continuing education.
- Current nursing license in the applicable state.
- Ability to distinguish all primary colors.
- Preferred: 1+ years of nursing experience, dialysis experience advantageous.
