Home Dialysis Services & Dialysis Care Center, LLC (HDS/DCC) seeks an in-center Licensed Practical Nurse to provide direct patient care and coordinate dialysis treatments for hemodialysis patients. You will document treatment parameters, follow care plans, and assist with education for patients and families.
The role requires LPN/LVN licensure, NCLEX-PN, CPR certification, and familiarity with dialysis procedures. Travel is not necessarily required; a fast-paced clinical environment is expected.
