Registered Nurse - MedSurg, Ortho, PRN, Night Shifts

The staff nurse provides comprehensive nursing care to patients across all age groups, utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care within organizational policies and standards. They are responsible for maintaining practice standards, coordinating patient care activities, and demonstrating professional growth and accountability.

• Graduate from an accredited nursing school (required);
  Bachelor's Degree preferred
• No experience required; new graduates eligible; hospital experience preferred
• Current Georgia RN licensure or multistate license (required)
• BCLS certification (required)
• Additional specialty certifications as applicable, such as ACLS, PALS, Chemotherapy/Biotherapy, or NRP, depending on the unit

Deliver safe, quality patient care, coordinate activities among staff, adhere to policies, and pursue ongoing professional development. Specialized certifications may be required depending on the unit, with some certifications needed within specified time frames after hire.
