- Shift: Variable (including 10-hour days Mon-Thu, weekend 8-hour shifts, 16-hour night coverage)

- License/Certifications: Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) only; no FNP/Pediatric NP accepted
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of NNP employment experience (excluding RN experience)

- Provide advanced neonatal care in a Level-III NICU setting
- Participate in high-frequency ventilation, nitric oxide, and brain cooling procedures
- Collaborate with a team of neonatologists and experienced NNPs
- Support subspecialty services and participate in clinical appointments at Mercer Medical School
- Support families and contribute to patient care planning and implementation
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of neonatal patient care activities
- Current NNP certification (board certified only)
- Minimum of 2+ years’ recent NNP experience in a Level-III NICU or similar setting
- Strong clinical skills in neonatal procedures and intensive care
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
