Role Overview:
The staff nurse provides comprehensive nursing care to patients across all age groups, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care plans.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate patient care activities and ensure adherence to organizational policies and procedures.
- Maintain standards of practice and demonstrate professional growth and accountability.
- Support quality nursing care through collaboration with healthcare team members.
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program;
Bachelor's Degree preferred. - No experience required; new graduates are eligible.
- Hospital experience is preferred, with 1 year in a hospital setting for PRN roles.
- Must hold a current Georgia RN license or NLC/eNCL multistate license.
- Basic Life Support (BCLS) certification required.
- Advanced certifications in specialty areas are a plus.
