Main (Georgia Center for Joint Care) is a 23-bed unit specializing in total joint procedures with a floor gym for recovering patients to conveniently take advantage of. This unit has a great working-relationship with the refined group of very specialized, orthopedic surgeons creating an enjoyable work environment. In addition, the Georgia Center for Joint Care has tenured employees that make up an extremely supportive, family-like atmosphere for learning nurses as well as seasoned nurses looking for a work home!
Looking For:
- Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
- Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
- As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
- Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.

It is the primary academic hospital for Mercer University School of Medicine, providing residency and fellowship programs for over 100 residents and is affiliated with multiple universities as a clinical education site.
MCNH also operates the Doctors Office Building.
