This assignment is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced ICU Registered Nurse (RN) eager to strengthen their clinical expertise. Qualifications

&

Experience:
  • Active RN license in the state of Georgia or compact license eligibility
  • Minimum of 2 years of recent ICU experience in a hospital setting
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA preferred)
  • Strong critical thinking, communication, and collaborative skills
  • Ability to adapt rapidly to new clinical environments and electronic health record systems
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive, compassionate nursing care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit
  • Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Monitor patient progress, document care, and communicate effectively with families and healthcare team members
  • Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and contribute to rapid response or code situations
  • Ensure adherence to hospital policies, regulatory standards, and evidence-based best practices

$1,815 - $1,920/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
