** Key Responsibilities**
* ** Patient Care:
** Assist veterinarians in examinations, procedures, and surgeries. Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures.
* ** Client Interaction:
** Communicate with pet owners about treatment plans, care instructions, and follow-up appointments.
* ** Administrative Tasks:
** Manage appointment scheduling, maintain accurate medical records, and process client billing.
* ** Facility Maintenance:
** Ensure a clean and organized work environment, including exam rooms, surgical areas, and the waiting room.
* ** Inventory Management:
** Assist with inventory tracking and ordering supplies as needed.
* ** Team Support:
** Collaborate with veterinarians and other staff to ensure high-quality patient care and efficient practice operations.
** Qualifications**

* Education:

** High school diploma or equivalent; veterinary assistant certification is a plus.
* *
* Experience:

** Previous experience in a veterinary setting is preferred but not required.
* *
* Skills:

** Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well in a team and independently. Compassionate and attentive to the needs of animals and clients. Basic knowledge of veterinary terminology and procedures.
** Physical Requirements
*** Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
* Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing physical tasks as needed.
