We are seeking
** Quality Technicians
** for our
** First Quality Baby Products facility
** located in Macon, GA**.*
* ** The starting pay rate for this position is $20/hour. You must be able to work a 12 hour night shift.
**** As a Quality Technician, you will:
*** Perform audits in a timely manner
* Enter test data and inspection data into computer software accurately
* Follow hold procedures for products not acceptable for shipment
* Complete paperwork as required
** In our work environment, you will need to be able and willing to:
*** Walk and stand for a 12 hour period
* Occasionally lift/carry up to 50lb
* Keep your work area clean and orderly
* Learn a lot of new information in a short period of time
* Ask lots of questions and take initiative to learn more
* Be an active and productive member of the Quality Assurance team
* Communicate problems to leaders and production personnel, as required
* Perform basic math, such as calculated area and perimeter of a square, converting percent to decimal, and converting decimal to percent
* Work a shift that requires nights and every other weekend
** 1-2 years of experience as a Quality Auditor or Technician is preferred!
**** In order to work for us you must:
*** Be 18 years of age
* Have a High School Diploma or equivalent
* Be able to work a 12 hour night shift
