A leading manufacturer of sustainable paper and packaging solutions is seeking a Quality Manager to join their team. This role will lead all site quality initiatives, ensuring compliance with customer, regulatory, and food safety standards while driving continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.
The Quality Manager will be responsible for:- Lead quality programs and continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing facility
- Track, analyze, and resolve internal quality issues, customer complaints, and corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with customer requirements, regulatory standards, and food safety programs
- Coordinate and lead internal, customer, supplier, and regulatory audits
- Partner closely with production leadership to improve product quality, reliability, and operational performance
- Manage and develop quality technicians while providing quality training and support to plant personnel
- 3+ years of manufacturing, production, or quality experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience leading quality systems, audits, CAPA processes, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Knowledge of food safety, customer quality, regulatory compliance, and quality management systems
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field preferred
- Six Sigma, ISO, SQF, HACCP, or related quality certifications preferred
