This is a full-time on-site role for a Part-Time Sales Lead based in Macon, GA. The Sales Lead will support the successful operation of the store by assisting in daily sales activities, providing exceptional customer service, maintaining merchandise displays, and driving sales. Additional responsibilities include training team members and collaborating with management to achieve sales goals and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

• Strong customer service skills to deliver a positive shopping experience and address customer inquiries effectively.
• Experience in sales and sales management, with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales goals.
• Ability to train and guide team members to ensure high performance and a well-coordinated team.
• Basic organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with retail operations or prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a bonus.
