You will manage the operation of a single store, including hiring, directing and supervising associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You are responsible for making your store successful. An eight or more week store leadership training program will be provided to prepare you for success.

• Lead store operations to meet financial goals and guest experience standards
• Hire, train, and supervise store associates
• Execute company policies and ensure compliance with standards
• Participate in leadership training and ongoing development programs

• High school diploma required
• Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
