Freight Flow Associate

For this opening, we are seeking a dedicated associate responsible for operating forklifts, managing inventory, merchandising, providing member service, and maintaining safety and compliance within the club.

• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely in accordance with company standards.
• Receive, organize, and store merchandise from distribution centers and suppliers while tracking inventory flow.
• Maintain sales floor and merchandising presentation, including zoning, stocking, rotating products, and removing damaged or expired items.
• Process, track, and audit club pick‑up orders and other inventory consignments.
• Implement safety sweeps, forklift spotting procedures, and hazardous‑material handling guidelines; report unsafe situations.
• Assist members with product questions and technology services; promote club products and benefits.
• Identify and address shrink, waste, or process improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with managers, coworkers, and other business partners to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

• Minimum 90 days of forklift certification; ability to safely use pallet jacks.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Preferred:
  Customer service experience; retail experience; supervisory or team‑lead experience.

Hourly wage range: $19.00 to $27.00. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
