H&M Sales Advisor – The Shoppes at River Crossing

About the Role

As a Sales Advisor, you'll provide excellent customer service, welcome and guide customers, sell products, and support garment care and presentation. You'll work with the store team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

• Provide excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers throughout the store and omni‑channel experience.
• Engage customers in conversations, share fashion trends, stories and product information.
• Promote and sell products, including the H&M Customer Loyalty App and sustainability initiatives.
• Represent the H&M brand positively during all interactions.
• Support commercial and operational actions to meet sales targets in collaboration with store management.
• Perform garment cycle tasks (unpacking, refill, steaming, care) and maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Operate fitting room and checkout areas following best practice.
• Maintain a clean, tidy sales floor and back‑of‑house areas.
• Manage stock levels and rebuild sales floor presentations.
• Support OMNI services, tech tools, store opening and closing, and safety, health, and legal requirements.

• Passionate about fashion and committed to delivering a great customer experience.
• Strong communication, creativity, curiosity, motivation, flexibility, decisiveness, and action orientation.
• Experience in retail customer service and sales within a collaborative environment.
• Knowledge of fashion trends, product information, and the competitive landscape.

Hourly, Non‑Exempt. Pay Rate $12.25 per hour.
