AE - Stock Associate

YOUR ROLE

As a part‑time stock brand Ambassador, you’re an expert at keeping product moving from the Stockroom to the Sales floor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising, and a keen attention to detail. Even though the Stockroom is #yourplace, you can flex your skills to support your team and guests on the Sales floor as needed.

Most importantly, you represent AEO values and bring your REAL self to work every day.

• Passion for brand standards: a go‑getter in keeping product moving via effective and timely shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising.
• Master the Stockroom: keep the space running efficiently by ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing, and fixtures stay organized.
• Provide innovative merchandising opportunities: inform store leadership, devise a game plan, and take action.
• Team player: always ready to step in and help teammates with non‑stock tasks or with guests.
• Integrity and safety: follow Asset Protection standards and all AEO policies and procedures.

• Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience and location.
• Subject to eligibility requirements, associates may be eligible to receive paid sick leave and AEO may provide REAL rewards at its discretion.
