Provide guidance and direction for the operation of a zone on the store floor;
Oversee merchandising, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, ad sets, and daily recovery within the zone;
Ensure store standards, operational compliance, seasonal planning, inventory processes, and company programs are met within the zone;
Ensure merchandise is planned for and received and the sales floor is properly stocked;
Schedule and staff for unloading/processing of merchandise and drive associate productivity and customer service standards;
Supervise zone associates and communicate directives to ensure follow-up;
Perform all Team Leader functions to open and close the store as needed
