Podcast Production Closer (If You Can Handle It)

Let’s cut the fluff. We’re ICONS of Real Estate, the #1 Real Estate Podcast Network, and we don’t hire “Sales Associates.” We hire closers. Specifically, we’re looking for a High-Frequency Closer who’s ready to sell our premium podcast production services to U.S. real estate agents who are already hot on the idea.

Your job is simple:
Show up, close deals, make bank.

• The Product: High-value, custom podcast production—we turn conversations into real estate authority.
• The Leads: Forget cold calling. ALL leads have gone through a Zoom qualification call. They know us, they know the price, and they’re waiting for you to take their money.
• The Volume: 6 focused, high-intent sales calls per day. If that sounds like too much, go work at a mall kiosk.
• The Money: Average sale value is $1,666, and your commission caps out at 50%. Yes, we’re that aggressive. Yes, you will get rich if you can close.
• The Tools: We use the GHL CRM. If you don’t know GHL, you’re slow. If you can’t figure it out, you’re out.

• High Frequency: You don’t just close; you close often. Consistency is king.
• No Hand-Holding: You should need zero emotional support. We provide leads, tech, and a ridiculous commission structure. Figure the rest out.
• A Killer Instinct: You should have a polite phone demeanor but a wolf’s appetite. We’re selling a premium product, and you need to believe you’re selling a 10x ROI.
