The team is hiring an Enterprise Account Director to lead strategic sales efforts, manage key enterprise accounts, and expand the organisation’s footprint across priority markets. This role will focus on building long-term client partnerships, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring enterprise customers receive solutions that meet evolving connectivity needs.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic go-to-market plans for assigned verticals and markets.
  • Build and manage targeted customer contact plans to drive new business acquisition.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the portfolio of transport, IP, managed services, and voice solutions.
  • Deliver consultative sales presentations, aligning solutions with client needs.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and networking
Skills/Must have
  • Minimum 5 years of enterprise sales experience with a proven record of exceeding quotas.
  • Strong hunter mindset with the ability to win business in untapped markets.
  • Background in telecom, data center, or IT sales (fiber experience a plus).
  • Excellent relationship building, communication, and presentation skills.

Salary
  • $115,000 base salary
  • $205,000 OTE
