Position: Trauma Associate Sales Representative (ASR)
Position Summary:

A Trauma Associate Sales Representative is responsible for supporting the sales team and customers within an assigned territory. As an Associate Sales Representative, you live your work, feeding off the extreme demands of trauma, not counting hours but rather lives impacted. A person who is energized by chaos, you organize your thoughts and provide possible solutions quickly during operating/emergency room consultations.

Associate Sales Representatives must establish, build, and maintain impeccable product proficiency of a large catalogue of products and provide outstanding customer service. This position is meant for fast learners who possess a vision of one day winning at the highest levels of the orthopedic device space. You thrive in high-pressure environments, see yourself as a top-performer, and are determined to prove yourself in the most competitive of work settings.

As an Associate Trauma Sales Representative, you do what is necessary and live out your mission: to change lives through products that make healthcare better. On-Call Requirements:
This position requires ability to take overnight, weekend, and holiday call on a routine basis. Must remain available via cell phone and email, even when “off-the-job.” Compensation:

Responsibilities:
Work with a high degree of intensity, commitment, and autonomy to sell orthopedic products that meet our customers’ needs. Provide “in-service” trainings and customer education events in support of product launches and furthering presence of Stryker products. Research potential customers, identify existing and new opportunities, convert competitive market share through the assisting in the sales process. Provide the highest degree of service, going above and beyond the requests of the customer.
