Enterprise Sales Executive

• Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across payer and PBM clients
• Develop and execute a strategic go-to-market plan aligned with client needs
• Build trusted relationships with C-level executives in Operations, IT, and Pharmacy Services
• Position the employer's offerings to address critical operational challenges
• Maintain a disciplined pipeline, forecast accurately, and exceed growth targets

• 10+ years of experience selling enterprise technology or SaaS solutions into payers or PBMs
• Proven track record of new-logo acquisition and achievement of $5M+ annual sales targets
• Established relationships and a credible book of business within healthcare administration or analytics
• Deep understanding of payer operations, PBM workflows, and value-based care drivers
• Exceptional negotiation, storytelling, and executive communication skills

• Experience in claims processing or analytics within healthcare
• A relentless drive to compete, close, and win
• Strong network within the healthcare technology sector
