Outside Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team in Macon, GA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and driving sales growth in the assigned territory.

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations with prospective and existing clients.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals and negotiate contracts.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful delivery of products/services.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

• Proven experience in outside sales or a related field.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• High school diploma or equivalent;
  Bachelor’s degree preferred.
