In-Home Sales Representative
Sales Representative – a full‑time outside sales position focused on developing relationships with pre‑qualified homeowners. The role requires learning our training, products and sales presentation within 90 days, then delivering proven presentations via iPad and closing sales daily.
PrimaryJob Responsibilities
- Deliver our proprietary sales presentation to homeowners on an iPad.
- Participate in ongoing weekly sales training.
- Use proprietary iPad software to design new baths.
- Present price and close sales daily.
- Highly developed interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to speak publicly with confidence and poise.
- Strong sense of ambition, self‑motivation and self‑discipline.
- Ability to work independently.
- Outgoing and articulate, thriving in social settings.
- Previous sales experience preferred but not required.
- $100,000 first‑year compensation for fully committed team members.
- Industry‑leading training from start to close.
