What You'll Do- Serve as the face of Tru Green, engaging homeowners face-to-face to understand their needs and deliver custom lawn-care solutions.
- Connect with new and existing customers through door-to-door outreach, using professionalism, energy, and good vibes.
- Customize sales messaging to match each household’s unique lawn-care needs.
- Turn prospects from "just looking" into "just signed" using a proven sales methodology.
- Log interactions and track performance in a CRM to measure activity and keep follow-through on target.
- Cross-sell and upsell with precision, showing customers how to level up their lawns.
- High school diploma or GED (PhD in People Skills highly encouraged).
- Previous sales or customer-service experience is a plus; passion and hustle count even more.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Strong communication skills for both small talk and closing conversations.
- Solid time-management skills and a self-starter mindset.
- Comfortable with technology and mobile devices.
- Physically able to walk, stand, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds while working outdoors.

- Average income: $875-$1,200 per week (based on an annual salary plus average commissions).
