Outside Sales Representative – Roofing & Exterior Restoration

Location:

Macon Metro and Surrounding Markets

Compensation: $75,000 – $200,000+ per Year (Uncapped Commission)

We are seeking ambitious, self‑motivated individuals who want the opportunity to build a rewarding career while helping homeowners protect and restore their most valuable asset.

This is an outside sales position focused on relationship building, customer education, inspections, and project development. No prior roofing experience is required. We provide training, mentorship, systems, and support for motivated individuals willing to learn and grow.

• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and neighborhood outreach
• Meet with homeowners to evaluate roofing and exterior concerns
• Perform basic roof and exterior inspections
• Educate homeowners on available solutions, products, and restoration options
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Track sales activity and customer interactions using company systems
• Coordinate with production and office staff to ensure an exceptional customer experience

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self‑motivated with a competitive mindset
• Ability to work independently without constant supervision
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Comfortable working outdoors and walking neighborhoods when necessary
• Sales experience preferred but not required
