Route Service Representative – Cintas

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. This is a physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor position in which partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility services.

• Act as the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers
• Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns
• Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations

• Have an active driver’s license
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Obtain a DOT medical certification before first day of employment
• Provide documentation regarding previous employment
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position
• High School diploma, GED or equivalent military service
• Strong customer service orientation
• Self‑motivation and drive to work in a team‑focused environment
• Positive attitude, ambition, organization and service spirit

Full time, 1st shift. Majority work a 4‑day week with no nights or weekends.
