Your Day-to-Day (aka the Playbook)
  • Help Us Thrive: You’ll be at the forefront of our efforts to amplify our sales and marketing strategy, ensuring we hit our ambitious sales targets.
  • Results-Driven: Lead the sales team to implement local sales and marketing strategies to attract, grow and retain business, showcasing opportunities and delivering results across our multi‑media content platforms and digital assets.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement innovative sales and marketing strategies that amplify our sales performance, creating tactics that not only meet but exceed our sales goals.
  • Team Development: Mentor and inspire a team of sales professionals, motivating and enhancing their skills to drive performance and achieve success together.
  • Market Analysis: Dive deep into market trends, data, and customer needs to identify new opportunities for expansion and growth, keeping us ahead of the competition.
  • Authentic Relationships: Build strong, lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders, amplifying customer satisfaction and loyalty through excellent service.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven Sales Ability: Experience as a Sales Director or other sales management and leadership roles, ideally in a media‑related industry.
  • High-Impact: A passion for achieving sales goals, amplifying growth, and a results‑driven mindset to push boundaries in a digital‑first environment.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills to assess market data and trends, guiding our sales and marketing strategies.
  • Strong Communication

    Skills:

    Natural at building relationships, negotiating, and communicating effectively, with proficiency in digital tools and applications.
  • A Passion for Leading Others: Inspire and guide your team toward collective goals, fostering a collaborative environment and making a difference.

  • Valid driver’s license, up‑to‑date insurance, and reliable transportation are required for client visits.
