We are looking for a field-based professional to support our oncology portfolio of liquid biopsy products in Macon, OH. The Oncology Account Executive is responsible for driving sales volume for Billion To One ’s Northstar Liquid biopsy products and services, cultivating relationships with oncologists and the extended cancer care community in the designated geography, and reporting to a Regional Manager - Oncology.
Responsibilities- Increase revenue and drive market development through direct sales to individual oncologists.
- Create and implement a strategic business plan to grow revenue quickly in your geography.
- Prospect and cultivate new business, and maintain key relationships.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated successful sales track record (e.g., Presidents club, Chairman's club, Rookie of the Year, or a history of success above goal for multiple quarters/years).
- Experience selling to medical providers.
- Experience selling medical diagnostics, medical or surgical devices.
- Lives within the defined territory and centrally located to defined accounts.
- Commitment to travel within defined territory.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills (written and verbal) with demonstrated ability to present to both internal and external customers.
- Effective time management skills and ability to assess and prioritize opportunities.
- Exceptionally bright, flexible, self‑motivated, and results‑oriented with strong interpersonal and analytical skills and the ability to think strategically as well as execute tactically.
- Sense of urgency and focus on closing business.
- Ability to assess the needs of medical professionals and staff members with a focus on consultative sales, coordination of logistics, and problem solving.
- Strong desire to work in a startup environment and ability to work independently with an internal drive to be successful.
- Physician's Assistant (PA), Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Registered Nurse (RN) with experience ordering late stage cancer liquid biopsy tests.
- Experience working alongside dedicated colleagues in an empowering environment toward a global vision.
- Experience in an open, transparent culture with weekly Town Hall meetings.
- Ability to indirectly or directly change the lives of hundreds of thousand patients.

Base pay $168,346 - $184,186 per year with a total compensation range of $241,946 - $311,536 per year (including uncapped commissions) and generous equity options.
