Renewal by Andersen was founded with the objective of creating a different and better window and door replacement experience for homeowners.

We're hiring outgoing, reliable individuals to represent our company at local events and retail locations. If you enjoy talking to people and want to develop communication, lead generation, and marketing skills, this could be a great fit!

• $16/hour plus weekly performance bonuses
• Paid training in communication, lead generation, and event marketing

• Represent the brand at events, retail stores, and community locations
• Start conversations and connect with potential customers
• Help set up free in-home consultations for the sales team

• Comfortable talking to new people and building rapport
• Positive, reliable, and self‑motivated
• Able to stand for extended periods during events and lift up to 50 lbs
• Personal reliable transportation required
• Valid driver’s license
