Parts Counter Sales Associate

$15 - $20 per Hour + Commission!

Byron Outdoor Superstore is seeking to hirea full-time
Parts Counter Person
who will assist technicians and customers in dispensing and purchasing needed parts and supplies in our busy Parts Department.

Candidates with parts or sales experience in
automotive, powersports, RV, marine, tractor, heavy equipment, aftermarket parts, or other dealership environments
are all encouraged to apply!

This is not a slow parts counter ! Byron Outdoor Superstore sells and services ATVs, UTVs, side-by-sides, motorcycles, personal watercraft, tractors, and more, with brands including Yamaha, Triumph, Can-Am, and Suzuki.

That means plenty of customers, plenty of parts and accessories moving through the department, and plenty of opportunity to increase your paycheck through commission.

What You’ll Do:

• Help customers find the right parts, accessories, and supplies
• Sell parts over the counter, by phone, and to the Service Department
• Assist technicians with parts needed for repairs
• Look up parts accurately across multiple brands and product lines
• Recommend additional parts and accessories when appropriate
• Track incoming and outgoing parts
• Help maintain accurate inventory and stock levels

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous parts and sales experience required
• Experience in automotive, powersports, motorcycle, marine, RV, tractor, heavy equipment, or aftermarket parts is strongly preferred
• Prompt and dependable work attendance
• Friendly and good customer service skills
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record

This is a dealership where the products are actually fun!

You’ll work around ATVs, side-by-sides, motorcycles, personal watercraft, tractors, accessories, and performance parts while helping customers get exactly what they need for work, recreation, and everything in between.
