Summary of Responsibilities- Direct full oversight and management of a profit center, encompassing operations and administrative functions.
- Hire, develop, and guide the sales team while partnering across departments for seamless collaboration.
- Drive strategic choices informed by trend analysis to uncover high-potential business prospects.
- Cultivate robust vendor partnerships, using manufacturer insights to promote products and services effectively.
- Lead a safety-first culture, ensuring every team member understands and rigorously adheres to all safety protocols and procedures.
- A college degree or equivalent industry experience.
- Minimum 5 years in sales and customer service roles
- At least 2 year of leadership experience
- Strong business knowledge
- Excellent interpersonal and decision-making abilities
