HORSEMEN INVESTIGATIONS & SECURITY is looking for a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard to join our team in Macon, GA. This is your opportunity to play a critical role in keeping people, property, and assets safe while working with a respected security firm. • Monitor and patrol assigned premises to deter unauthorized access, theft, and security threats
• Conduct regular security checks of buildings, entrances, and perimeters
• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies following established protocols
• Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate security logs
• Control access points by verifying credentials and monitoring visitor entry
• Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency responders when necessary
• Provide a visible security presence to ensure a safe environment for staff and visitors

• Valid Georgia Security Guard license or ability to obtain one
• Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or military is a plus
• Strong observational and situational awareness skills
• Ability to remain calm and act decisively in high-pressure situations
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills
• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor at all times
• Must be able to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods
