We are seeking a full-time Painter/Maintenance Technician to work from our office in downtown Macon. The Technician will be responsible for completing small to medium-sized home renovations in vacant units, addressing work orders in occupied residential units, managing maintenance inventory, and completing daily billing for work performed.

The ideal candidate will have a professional demeanor, be self-motivated, and possess strong time management skills. They should be a natural problem solver capable of working independently. Maintenance Technicians are expected to perform the following tasks without assistance: interior and exterior home painting, minor plumbing repairs, minor electrical repairs, and basic carpentry. Applicants are expected to provide their own tools.
