Our client, a leading organization in property management and facilities services, is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Facilities Maintenance Technician
, you will be part of the Engineering and Technical Services supporting a dedicated team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, technical expertise, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician

Location: Macon, GA

Pay Range: $24/hr.

What’s the Job?

• Monitor, maintain, and repair building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and safety systems.

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal operation of all building equipment.

• Respond promptly to service requests and emergency repairs to minimize downtime.

• Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations and standards.

• Document maintenance activities and system performance for reporting and continuous improvement.

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent; trade school diploma preferred.

• 4-5 years of relevant experience in building systems maintenance and repair.

• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.

• Ability to exercise judgment and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Physical ability to perform tasks including lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
