Pest Control Technician - Termite

Arrow Exterminators is looking to hire a full-time Pest Control Technician - Termite to provide uncompromised service to our residential and commercial customers utilizing an Integrated Pest Management (IPM) approach. This position is paid at an hourly rate.

Each day you will start your route, determine prescribed treatments based on inspection graphs and specification sheets, and prepare sites by removing debris. You will install Termite bait stations (Sentricon) with auger and digging tools, trench and apply liquid treatment to exterior or crawl‑space perimeters, drill and apply liquid treatment to void spaces, and spray to affected areas. You will collect service payments, answer customer questions with a calm, helpful demeanor, and maintain your equipment and vehicle in proper operation.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass and maintain state licensing or certification exams
• Capacity to work at least 40 hours per week
• No experience necessary—we will train the right person.
