Key Responsibilities- Assess and diagnose concrete damage, including cracks, spalling, and surface deterioration.
- Perform repairs using various methods, including epoxy injection, patching, and resurfacing.
- Prepare surfaces for repair, ensuring optimal adhesion and durability.
- Collaborate with team members to execute repair projects efficiently and effectively.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure work environment.
- Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring proper functioning and cleaning after use.
- Document repair activities and report progress to supervisors.
- Previous experience in concrete repair or a related field.
- Knowledge of concrete materials, repair techniques, and application processes.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects.
