Responsibilities:
- Complete HVAC services and install related in-home service calls.
- Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services.
- Understand service criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goals.
- Be accurate and timely with job documentation, estimates, invoices, time cards, curbside feedback, and option sheets.
- Participate in training, allowing you to grow and develop as a professional
- 2+ years of residential HVAC service or installation experience
- Knowledge of local HVAC codes and ability to make on-the-job applications
- Ability to work in a positive team environment
- Self-starter who is able to get the job done
- Develop a proven track record in repair and installation.
- Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities
- Strong verbal and written communications
- Exceptional customer service
- Strong desire to be a better technician tomorrow than you are today
- Competitive individual contributor who also loves to win as a team
- Able to pass a background check, MVR, and a drug test
