We are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician for our fast‑growing team. The ideal candidate has a can‑do attitude, strong problem‑solving skills, and an active EPA certification.

• Diagnose problems and failures in heating/air conditioning systems, refrigeration systems, and food service equipment to determine repair or replacement needs with no mistakes or callbacks.
• Perform maintenance, service repairs, install new units, or replace parts on units larger than 15 tons.
• Maintain larger preventive maintenance contracts with more than 5 units.
• Repair or replace defective parts and controls in units and equipment.
• Service and troubleshoot mini‑splits and/or replace smaller RTUs and mini‑splits for 15 tons or less.
• Communicate with Dispatch to confirm job completion.
• Maintain preventive maintenance schedules and procedures for customers.
• Provide elite customer service on all customer interactions.

• Continue learning and development through First Call Academy to maintain industry skill level.
• Deliver elite customer service to remain the first call for HVAC needs.

• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Active EPA certification.
• Five or more years of experience in a commercial HVAC setting.
• OSHA 10 certification.
• Manufacturer certification preferred.
• Availability for flexible hours and on‑call shifts as needed.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills.
