Jones Land Developers is seeking a qualified Heavy Equipment/Diesel Mechanic
Key Responsibilities- Inspect and test heavy machines to find mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic issues.
- Disassemble, repair, or replace broken engine parts, transmissions, and drive trains.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance like oil changes and filter replacements.
- Read technical manuals, blueprints, and electrical schematics.
- Use specialized hand tools, power tools, and computerized diagnostic software. [1, 2, 3]
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Trade school certification or 3 to 4 years of hands-on diesel experience.
- Strong knowledge of complex hydraulics and diesel fuel systems.
