SFR3 LLC is seeking a Plumbing Maintenance Technician to lead plumbing work across Macon, GA for single-family rentals. You’ll manage water heaters, drains, leaks, fixtures, and turns, routing from job to job with on‑the‑spot photo documentation.
We offer a guaranteed 40 hours, mileage allowance of $0.76 per mile, a quarterly bonus, and health coverage from day one; PTO starts at 2 weeks and grows. GA journeyman license or EPA 608 is a big plus.
