We are looking for a motivated HVAC Installer to perform installation sin our new construction and change-out department. The HVAC Installer will work directly with the company’s Field Supervisors and Salesmen. The ideal candidate should have industry experience and excellent communication skills. If you have previous HVAC experience, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, the role is responsible for customer satisfaction.

• System Setup: Assemble and mount components like furnaces, condenser units, heat pumps, evaporator coils, and indoor air quality products.
• Mechanical & Electrical: Lay out both line and low-voltage wiring, connect fuel or refrigerant lines, and install ductwork.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure all installations comply with EPA standards, OSHA regulations, and local building codes.
• Testing: Run diagnostic tests and pressure checks to ensure proper airflow, avoid leaks, and confirm the system operates at peak efficiency.
• Customer Hand-off: Walk clients through the operation and basic maintenance of their new system

• High school diploma or GED; completion of an accredited HVAC trade or vocational program.
• EPA Certification (Type I, II, III, or Universal) for refrigerant handling.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to interpret blueprints and wiring schematics.
• Valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and the ability to pass background checks.
• Minimum 4years ofHVAC installation
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team to resolve issues in the field
• Strong leadership skills and work ethic
• Must have a stable background/work history
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Own hand tools

• Ability to lift heavy equipment (typically up to 50–75 lbs).
• Tolerance for hard physical labor and awkward postures in confined, hot, or cold spaces like attics and crawl spaces.
