Macon-Housing-Authority is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support operation, upkeep, and repairs of buildings, facilities, electrical and mechanical systems for assigned developments.
The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, 2+ years general maintenance experience, and HVAC certification. A valid Georgia driver’s license is required. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, emergency responses, and safety compliance.
