Fulton County is seeking a Lead Plumber in the Real Estate & Asset Management Department. The role leads a skilled trades team, oversees daily plumbing maintenance, and ensures compliance with codes and policies. Responsibilities include installation, testing, inspection, and staff training.
The candidate must have a high school diploma with vocational training, 5 years in related trades, and be licensed with Georgia driver’s license. Strong reading of blueprints and schematics is preferred.
