The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner conducts psychiatric assessments,provides ongoing psychiatric consultation, and oversees medication management/ treatment ofmental health disorders for clients enrolled in outpatient treatment for substance use disorders.
Essential Functions:- Complete Psychiatric Evaluation for each client at time of admission to assess mental health, identify and diagnosis present co-occurring disorder(s), and determine appropriate course of psychiatric treatment for diagnosed conditions during outpatient treatment
