Behavioral Aide and Transportation Support

Job Description

Overview: We are hiring a Full-Time Behavioral Aide and Transportation Support professional to work with children in the DFCS system, providing safe transport and behavior management services.

Key Duties:

• Transport children safely to schools, therapy, and family visits.
• Provide emotional and behavioral support during transport and while attending appointments.
• Work with caseworkers to develop behavior intervention plans and implement strategies.
• Document and report on child behavior, progress, and any incidents during transport.

Qualifications:

• Experience in child care or social services, especially with at-risk youth.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Ability to work independently and make quick, informed decisions.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
